Sand Plant
Fully automatic sand plants with a 30MT per hour capacity, additions of additives, and moisture content controlled by PLC are manufactured by Titan (Sinto Japan).
Dust extraction equipment and a sand cooler are fitted to control the temperature of the sand and the dead clay.
Sand properties can be controlled by an online testing unit.

Melting Department
Tritake induction furnaces, each with a capacity of 500 kg, are made by Inductotherm.
There is 1600 KVA of connected power in total.
500 kg of liquid metal were treated with the sandwich method for treating ductile iron.
